We loved the clean rooms and housekeeping every other day. The large rooms with balconies facing the courtyard were a great feature. The helpful staff and pleasant atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. The availability of laundry facilities was convenient. The location was good, although driving to restaurants was necessary.

Additionally, the staff at the front desk are always very welcoming and happy to assist with any requests or questions. The beds in the rooms are extremely comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere. The rooms themselves are very spacious and offer a nice view of the pool.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and in a safe area. The service was exceptional with friendly staff who were always there to help. The amenities were amazing with a fitness studio, outdoor swimming pool, and even a sun terrace with heated swimming pool and sun loungers. The room was cozy and had everything I needed from a flat-screen tv to a hair dryer and free toiletries. I also appreciated the on-site car park and 24-hour reception which made everything very convenient.

This place is definitely recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel with great service and amenities.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Thirdly, the rooms were well-appointed and in good condition, with a fridge and microwave for added convenience. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the rate, saving us some extra money.

The beds in the room were amazing and so comfortable. I also appreciated the Tea Tree Oil shampoo and the fact that the room was clean and a nice size. However, these positives were overshadowed by the terrible service we received.

The service at the front desk was absolutely terrible. the receptionist misquoted the price for our rooms and when I tried to speak to the manager, she was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

This hotel offers a convenient location to Kennedy Space Center and is in easy walking distance to good restaurants, entertainment, and the beach. The staff are friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The fitness center and free parking are also good advantages.

There is one downside to this hotel as homeless people are seen roaming around public areas and asking for money from guests.
