Great ambiance that captures the essence of a Balinese vacation. The staff is courteous and helpful. Kidsvilla is a good option to keep your kids engaged while you relax.

The Easter stay was fantastic! The hospitality was amazing and we got a complimentary welcome drink as we arrived. The location was perfect: secluded but still close to the lively spots. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the beautiful beach view was stunning. Best of all was the pool access from our room, which was so convenient.

There was no major issue to complain about, but it would be great if the decor in the room was a little more updated. , the paid activities were a bit expensive.

I recently stayed at a beach resort in Nusa Dua and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and of high quality, with comfortable beds and even a Bose sound system for the TV. The bathroom was impressive as well. The main reception provided excellent service, and one of the managers at the pool bar went above and beyond to accommodate a guest. The staff, especially the ladies at the Manarai beach club, were professional and helpful. The highlight of the resort was definitely the three main pools, which were immaculate and never felt crowded. The breakfast buffet offered a great range of Asian and Western food, all delicious and fresh. I would definitely return to this resort.

The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with comfortable bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast provides a great variety of options to suit all tastes. Additionally, the available facilities, such as the kids' club, gym, archery.

The location is quite far from the center of Bali.

The Spa & Wellness Centre was a sanctuary, offering an exceptional full-body massage and a range of beauty treatments in a beautiful treatment room. The restaurant provided exceptional halal food with private facilities for a more intimate dining experience. The location advantage, with beach access and stunning garden areas, added to the exclusivity of this hotel.

Despite the exceptional service, the packed lunches available were not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel’s offerings. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay.
