Stayed at Oakwood for a weekend getaway. Courteous staff promptly fixed issues. Clean apartment with comfy bed, nice city view, and great shower. Sumptuous breakfast with good variety. Quiet gym and spacious 1-bedroom apartment with kitchenette and sitting area. Breakfast buffet not crowded, additional items available upon request.

Pros: the Spanish cuisine was an absolute delight, and the kitchenette was a game-changer. Plus, the South Indian breakfast hit the spot!

The F&B manager's attitude soured the experience, and cleanliness standards fell short. Only one toilet in the room was a bummer, and the lack of free airport transportation was a miss.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. They were always ready to help and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. the food here was delicious, and they were happy to customize it to our preferences. the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. the South Indian breakfast was a real highlight, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of storage space.

While the overall experience was excellent, there are a few areas that could be improved. the cleaning could be more thorough, especially in terms of restocking amenities and improving the sweeping and mopping.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a fully functional kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The pool and gym facilities were great as well. I highly recommend Oakwood for a luxurious stay in Hyderabad.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience that fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the leisure/TV room and indoor swimming pool were particularly impressive, providing a great space to relax and unwind. the catering service at the Restaurant, including the restaurant buffet and special diet menus, was top-notch. the bar/lounge area was also perfect for a nightcap after a long day. Service was exceptional, and any request I had was promptly fulfilled.

The location of this hotel was not perfect for me, as it was a bit out of the way from the main attractions I wanted to see. this was a minor issue that was overshadowed by the hotel's impressive facilities and service.

The hotel is ideally located in a financial hub with easy access to IT and commercial establishments. We had a pleasant stay with spacious, beautiful rooms and great views. the best aspect was the delicious food and the hospitable staff who attended our needs professionally. As complementary events, we enjoyed the live music performance and the complimentary wine offered during dinner.

We had booked two non-smoking rooms weeks ahead. After three hours and several complaints, the housekeeping staff cleaned the room to some extent.
