The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring all of our requests were met. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with king-size beds and good strong air conditioning.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

I had a great stay at the hotel located in a local mall. The Bazar and local food court in the HIG shopping area were so convenient. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good selection of both western and eastern dishes. The room was clean and comfortable.

The service could be improved as some staff members were not attentive to our needs, especially regarding breakfast arrangements.
