I had a truly amazing time staying at this hotel! the location was absolutely perfect. It was right in the heart of the city center, making it super convenient to access all the shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The best part was that despite being so centrally located, it was incredibly quiet inside the hotel, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. Secondly, this hotel really paid attention to detail. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the beautiful view of the garden from my own balcony, it was such a treat to wake up to that every morning. Lastly, the staff here were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. Special shoutout to Josue, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. this hotel provided great value for money with its central location, attention to detail, and stunning views of the garden.

I recently stayed at Downtown Suites for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Plaza and close to all the main restaurants and venues. The suite had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a TV with cable channels and even Netflix. The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us in arranging a wonderful panoramic tour and visit to a coffee plantation. The highlight for me was the gorgeous garden and private balcony overlooking it. a great place to stay with friendly staff and a convenient location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center. The value for money was great, with prices comparable to those at tourist agencies. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Josue, who went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were well-equipped with a fridge and kitchen, and I loved having my own balcony overlooking the beautiful garden.

Had an okay New Year's stay. the complementary coffee and tea were nice touches, as was the free parking. the location was spot on - close to restaurants, bars and the main attractions. the picturesque view from the balcony was also a bonus.

Aside from the location, the experience wasn't great. the room was not cleaned well and there were grime marks on the floor.

The location of this hotel is perfect, being right near everything in the city. You can easily walk to all the attractions and events, such as the Jazz festival. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a separate kitchen and living room. The facilities, like the hot tub and beautiful garden, provide a great place to relax.

The thin walls in the rooms can be quite bothersome, especially if there are noisy guests staying next to you.

I had a very nice stay at a cozy place in Boquete. The suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom and kitchen. The staff at Downtown Suites were attentive and helpful. Despite the not-so-great weather, I enjoyed spending time inside the suite thanks to its pleasant ambiance.

The beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious suite made for a comfortable stay. the separate kitchen and living room provided plenty of space to relax. the convenient location allowed easy access to shops and restaurants in the area. the kitchenette with dishes and pots was a great feature for those who prefer to cook their own meals. the good WiFi and the mountain view from the deck were also highly enjoyable.

the rooster crowing throughout the night was quite disruptive and made it challenging to fall asleep. we found that the electrical outlets were located in odd spots, requiring us to rearrange furniture in order to access them.
