I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel that felt like a small boutique inn. The hotel had three restaurants, including rooftop and poolside bars, providing a variety of dining options. I also appreciated the convenience of having a minimart and ATM in the building. The hotel's location was superb, with the MRT station just a 2-minute walk from the lobby, making it easy to explore the city. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to Jalan Bendungan Hilir offered great opportunities to explore the local food scene. The room I stayed in was very nice and spacious, with separate toilet and bathroom. I loved the fact that there was natural light during the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, although it did make me a bit lazy. The hotel also provided a great selection of coffee and tea, as well as a free bar and complimentary bottles of water daily. The pool on the 5th floor was excellent, with a hot whirlpool and a long stretch of a big pool. I loved the quirky interior, friendly staff, and the whole ambience of this hotel.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the lobby feels like a small boutique inn, but it's fairly large. the rooftop and poolside bars offer great outdoor seating with an infinity pool overlooking the city. There's also a gym and a small slide for kids in the indoor swimming pool. the bar/lounge area is a great place to hang out, with great drinks and attentive service.

We were awoken by the mosque's call to prayer at 4 am since the windows are not soundproof. Although the bed was quite soft, it wasn't a big deal for us.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the beautiful decoration and cozy tea room. the location was perfect, with many great restaurants and bars nearby. the buffet breakfast offered a variety of fresh food.

the water pressure in the bathroom was weak, and the toilet room was not designed for practicality. the hotel parking lot did not have CCTV, and we had an unpleasant experience when our car was hit by another car, and the hotel staff did not handle it well.

The hotel parking lot lacks CCTV surveillance, which made it challenging when a car accident occurred. Handling the situation was frustrating for the guests, as there seemed to be no organized protocol in place, and the security and hotel staff members were not helpful.

The Orient Jakarta, A Royal Hideaway Hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning interior and impeccable style. The location was perfect, right next to the MRT station and surrounded by numerous dining options. I especially loved the breakfast at Caspar, with its buffet selection and delicious smoked salmon. The swimming pool on Level 5 was a highlight, providing endless fun for my son with its small slide. The hotel's charm and attention to detail truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.
