I had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled amongst a beautiful tropical garden and only about 2 km from the city center. The staff provided exceptional service, always with a smile on their faces. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. The hotel also had a lovely dining restaurant with delicious food and a bar/lounge area for relaxation. The spa and wellness center was a highlight, offering a variety of services such as massages and jacuzzis. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a great time. the complimentary programmed mobile phone was very useful for contacting staff. the free shuttle service to nearby points of interest and cafes was convenient. the pool and spa were enjoyable too.

The villa was a bit noisy due to nearby construction. the breakfast options were a bit limited in terms of variety.

Great location near Ubud town with shuttle service, on-site restaurant and convenience store nearby. Friendly and polite staff. Room true to online photos, comfortable bed. Villa with private space, jacuzzi, and impressive pool overlooking palm trees and rice fields. A la carte breakfast with great view.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location was not at all a disadvantage as they provided a shuttle service and the staff was always available to take us anywhere we wanted. It was really convenient, only a 5-minute car ride to the city center. The staff here were fantastic, incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was exactly as described and shown in pictures, with a beautiful view over the rice fields and jungle. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from. the service and amenities provided by this hotel were top-notch.

We had a fantastic experience at this venue and would highly recommend it to family and friends.
