My stay at Kameha Grand Zurich was amazing! The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure every need was met. The hotel had a funky and unique design, with playful Swiss-themed decor throughout. The rooms were comfortable and well thought out, with a high-quality bathroom that had plenty of space and amenities. The location was convenient, just a short tram or bus ride away from Zurich center, and there were supermarkets nearby. The English/American breakfast buffet was delicious and the Italian restaurant on-site was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

One major issue I encountered during my weekend at the hotel was the lack of attention to detail when it came to room maintenance. there were inconsistencies in providing the necessary amenities in the rooms, which caused inconvenience as I had to repeatedly ask for the missing items at the reception.

The sommelier provided excellent service and the wine was great. The lamb special in the restaurant was superb. Good quality bathroom and toiletries. Enjoyed the size and quantity of towels provided. Great quality toilet paper.

The hotel was conveniently located just minutes from the airport, making it easy to travel to and from. the tram station was also nearby, allowing for quick and hassle, free transportation to the city center. A tram pass for the whole day was reasonably priced, making it a budget, friendly option. the check, in process was efficient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and even provided an early check, in. the room was modern and well, designed, with automated features that added convenience. the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a luxurious and restful sleep experience.

Limited Room Service, Delayed Clearing of Tables. One of the drawbacks of the hotel was the limited room service menu.

The rooms at this hotel were stunningly designed and came with a lot of amenities. the themed suites were particularly impressive and well thought out. the beds were comfortable and the linen was of high quality. the hotel had a convenient location, close to the airport and with easy access to public transportation. the staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful.

There were a few issues during my stay at this hotel. Some of the curtains in my room were barely hanging on and were not fixed despite being reported.
