I had a great stay at Umalas Suites. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with plenty of sunlight. The pool was clean and I often had it to myself. Despite a few minor issues with the air-conditioning filters and noise from the water pumps, my overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a British colonial style property with beautiful interiors and a charming courtyard garden. the pool area had a jungalow vibe and the fresh white aesthetic throughout was elegant. Okta at reception was always prompt and professional in her communication, even arranging transport for us to Ubud and Nook in Seminyak. the suites at Umalas were incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. the location, while slightly further out in Seminyak, was still convenient with shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Great value for money with a functional kitchen. Clean and well-equipped bathrooms. Convenient elevator access to top floors. Sufficient nearby cafes and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, and I loved the added convenience of having breakfast served in my room. The villa itself was beautifully designed, with lots of character that added to the overall ambiance.

Located in a quiet area, with a short walk to some good restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The spacious rooms were fully equipped with big TVs, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. The service provided by the staff was excellent, always with a smile and prompt assistance. Breakfast options could be improved, but there were fruit, juice, and bakery goods included. The hotel also had an elevator for easy access to the top floors and the WiFi connection was reliable.

The location made it a bit difficult to get transport to other areas.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely homely feel. the location was great, offering a peaceful escape from the city noise, but still close enough to local attractions. I enjoyed the breakfast delivery to the room, which felt like an indulgent treat.

It felt like they weren't cleaned regularly, and this was off-putting. We also had privacy concerns, as they entered our room without permission and we didn't feel safe.
