The stay at Divan Erbil Hotel was simply perfect. The prices were a bit high, but with a good discount rate and a free upgrade, it was worth it. The breakfast was amazing and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially Fayz, Ardalan, Karzan, and Miss Moony. The lobby was impressive and the hotel had a great pool. I had a wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The swimming pool was a highlight for me - it was a spacious 140m and the water temperature was just perfect. They even provided free drinking water and fresh green apples, which was a nice touch. The best part was the late check-out option, where they allowed me to stay in another room until 6 pm. The hotel's proximity to the airport and my business destination was a major plus.

I felt very well during my stay and had no reason to complain.

During our stay at Divan, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and always available. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs with a smile. We were impressed by the friendly and accommodating attitude of the hotel staff. The buffet breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. We enjoyed sitting outside in the green area and found the room to be comfortable. The WiFi worked flawlessly, which was a bonus. The hotel's centralized location was convenient for our needs. we had an excellent experience at Divan and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in a great area, just off a beautiful park with a running track. It offers excellent facilities including a gym, pool, and massage rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist guests. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping service. The buffet breakfast is delicious and the valet staff provides excellent service.

The security staff at the car entrance can be rude and unprofessional.

This was an amazing experience! I loved the complementary welcome drink and fruit basket upon arrival, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The rooftop pool was stunning and offered an amazing view of the city skyline.

The breakfast could have been better, with more variety and options. , I wish that the gym had been more well-equipped.
