I had a great experience at the hotel. The room was fantastic and the food was delicious. The staff, although under pressure at the bar during meal times, were always pleasant. I was particularly impressed with the amazing spa. Additionally, when my family had to leave a night early due to an issue, the hotel refunded us for the missed night. The hotel is quite large, with two distinct sides, and I would definitely recommend requesting a room on the "right side" which is more modern, cleaner, and offers sea views. I'll definitely be going back!

The location of the hotel is perfect, being close to a major attraction in the area. The room I stayed in, which was downstairs, was clean, comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. The hotel has a lovely garden terrace, and the staff was helpful, pleasant, and professional. The foyer with the coffee dock was a great addition, with great service and delicious coffee. I had a great experience at this reliable and well-located hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel right in the middle of town. The room was spacious and the food was delicious. The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful, and the bar area was comfortable and atmospheric. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the center of town, making it very convenient to walk to the many shops and restaurants. Upon arrival, we found the car park, which is also used as a public car parking area, to be very accessible. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. The room we were allocated was comfortable and clean, with a great view of the sea from the 5th floor. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the atmosphere around the hotel, which was bustling and lively. In terms of facilities, the hotel had a wellness center, which added an extra element of relaxation to our stay.

The heating control in the bedroom was unreliable, which caused some discomfort during our stay.

There were a number of negative aspects to our stay. The hotel felt cold and lacked atmosphere, both in the pool area and in the bar during busy times.

It seems that the staff may be lacking in sufficient training or supervision, as orders in the restaurant were often delayed or misunderstood. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff were helpful and friendly. the hotel had some positive aspects and potential for improvement.

The lifts were often out of order, causing inconvenience for guests, especially those with mobility issues.
