The tea and cake on arrival were a nice touch, and the breakfast was tasty with fresh fruit options. The location was great, with easy access to local points of interest. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable.

The customer service was not up to par. The staff seemed uninterested in helping with any questions or needs that arose during my business trip. Also, the lack of a TV or any entertainment options in the room made for a boring stay after work was finished.
