The family room had everything we needed- TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a spacious bathroom with shower. The breakfast selection was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a really pleasant stay. I'd recommend Egans House for a great value stay in Dublin.

Our stay in this lovely bed and breakfast was a pleasant one. The location was fantastic, situated in a quiet leafy suburb of the city, yet still within walking distance of the local centre where many buses left from. We enjoyed visiting a few of the local pubs nearby. The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were comfortable, and we were grateful for the iron and ironing board. Breakfast was tasty and the tea was lovely.

The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options, including porridge for those who prefer something different from the continental breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the city center and attractions like the Guinness Storehouse and Penny's. I especially enjoyed the skylight in my room, which allowed for natural light to brighten up the space. The garden and balcony were also nice extras for those looking for some fresh air. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Egans House for a budget-friendly stay.
