From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us like old friends, even offering board games for the kids. The breakfast was a delightful spread, and we loved the homey feel throughout the hotel.

The location, while charming and quiet, was a bit of a trek to some attractions. The room had some creaky floorboards, which made it hard to ignore the noise from the one above us.

Location was lovely, about a 25-minute stroll to downtown. My room was spotless and exceptionally calm at night! Plus, loads of bus options nearby—perfect for the lazy wanderer like me!

But the hot water was more like 'warm water on a good day. ' And let's just say the decor could use a pep talk or two!

Additionally, the shower was confusing to operate, and the pillows were too firm for my liking, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.
