After a series of flight cancellations and a chaotic day of travel, we found solace at the Renaissance Newark. The hotel was a breath of fresh air, with its modern and clean ambiance. The comfortable bed, refreshing shower, and peaceful room helped us unwind and rejuvenate. The frequent shuttle service to the airport was a convenience we appreciated. our stay here surpassed our expectations and we would choose to stay here again if we encounter any travel mishaps in the future.

We were disappointed with the lack of parking available at the hotel, as well as the additional fee for parking. This was an inconvenience for us, especially since we were on a romantic escape and wanted everything to be hassle, free.

the room was spacious enough for my family of four and all our luggage. the WiFi was fast and reliable, able to connect up to six devices at once. the hotel lounge had a great menu with delicious food and a wide selection of beers on tap. the service was excellent, with attentive staff. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable pillows in the rooms and the convenient switches on the nightstand lights. the safe was also a good size to keep our belongings secure. the bathroom was stocked with luxurious Aveda products, which added a touch of elegance to our stay. the hotel's location made it easy to arrange Uber pick-ups and drop-offs.

During my recent trip, I stayed at a hotel located near the airport and almost everything, which made it really convenient. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and there's a new "lounge" area that is great for relaxing or working. I also noticed that the hotel offered shuttle service to pick up guests from the cruise port. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a variety of options, which I appreciated. In addition, there were free laundry machines available on the second floor.

I did notice that staff seemed indifferent to some guests' concerns, which was frustrating.
