I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location is great, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I also loved that it was close to the soccer field, as I was attending a game nearby. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with 2 queen beds instead of just one. The walk-in shower was a nice touch too. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering many options to choose from.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved the late night pool hours, perfect after a long day of driving. The staff member who helped with our TV and provided a larger room for a birthday celebration was fantastic. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a good value stay.

This hotel was the perfect place for my Christmas holiday! the first thing that caught my attention was the lovely complementary hot chocolate and cookies, which were the perfect touch for the festive season. the hotel's location was fantastic with easy access to great bars and restaurants and convenient for exploring the area. the indoor pool was amazing, and the kids' arcade was a hit with both adults and children.

There were some issues with the staff not being very helpful with queries, and we found some stains on our sheets. But the overall experience was positive, and the complementary hot chocolate and cookies were a treat to make up for the inconsistency of the service.

The housekeepers should check the shampoo and body soap dispensers to ensure they are fully stocked. Additionally, the hotel could improve their snow plowing service, as there were large ruts left in the snow that made it difficult to walk.
