The service from Kay and Mary at Alan & Grace's wedding was outstanding. They made sure our glasses were never empty and provided excellent wine recommendations for each meal. Their elegant and professional manner was much appreciated. We will definitely be returning!

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for me, nestled within a beautiful forest on top of a small hill but still only a short 5-minute drive from the city centre. The staff here truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the warm and friendly receptionist to the attentive breakfast manager and my personal waiter, everyone was so professional and provided top-notch customer service. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed such as heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was absolutely delicious, catering to my vegan daughters with ease. This place exceeded my expectations in every way.

It's hard to find any negatives about this amazing hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Enjoyed two complementary aspects of our stay, including a great choice of breakfast served by friendly and attentive waiting staff, and a lovely atmosphere with welcoming fireplaces that were cozy and comfortable. Key location facts were also a plus, including easy access to a family wedding reception and tastefully decorated rooms that were comfortable and beautiful.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay, including a mix-up with room arrangements upon arrival and only one keycard available per room. We also noticed some issues with broken and outdated amenities, such as broken cold taps and limited TV channels.

I recently stayed at Vienna Woods hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel had a luxurious ambiance, stunning balcony views, and comfy beds. The bathroom with a shallow bath, shower, and beautiful lighting was a nice touch. I also appreciated the addition of Netflix on the TV.
