Great stay with excellent hospitality. The food selections at the hotel restaurants were very good. The staff, especially Kathleen at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating.

Although the location of the hotel was not as close to major attractions as I would prefer, the overall experience at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria was enjoyable. The cost of the hotel was a bit high considering the economy in the Philippines, but the service and quality of the stay made up for it.

Everything is what I need and want.

The staff at the restaurant and housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's convenient location next to a shopping mall and the airport bus stop made it easy for us to explore the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that had a bathtub. Plus, the pool had a nice ambiance with lounge music playing in the background.

There were a few downsides to our stay. there seemed to be some confusion regarding the pricing.
