Plumbing let us down.

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a good temperature control. We had multiple windows that allowed for plenty of natural light. The bathroom was large and had a fan in operation, which was a nice touch. The breakfast served at the hotel was satisfactory and the staff took good care of us.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the town. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast in Gullane's own restaurant was delicious. The staff provided excellent service, especially Lisa in reception and the bar staff. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The location was perfect, right in the town center. One advantage was the exceptional food they served, delicious and generous portions.

The walls were too thin, making it hard to sleep with the noise from the neighboring room. The restaurant didn't have any alternative options for people with allergies and the menu was very limited, especially for plain options.

We recently stayed at Gullane's in Ballinasloe for the annual crowning of the Queen of an European Horse Fair. The staff here were absolutely charming and friendly, making us feel welcome and at home. The food was beautiful, with dinner and breakfast both being impeccable. The selection and quality at the buffet-style breakfast was fantastic, and the portion sizes at dinner were generous. The staff, especially the receptionist and the girl at the breakfast counter, were lovely and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We will gladly recommend this hotel to others.

We spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in a lovely town just a short drive away from beautiful countryside and remarkable historical landmarks. On New Year's Day, we enjoyed a delicious meal in the modern and stylish restaurant, which had a fantastic selection of dishes on offer. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always on hand to help.

Our room was uncomfortably hot, despite our attempts to regulate the temperature, and there were occasional frustrating noises coming from outside. However, the excellent service we received from the staff and the tasty cuisine more than made up for these minor inconveniences.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The quality of the food was exceptional, both the breakfast and dinner left us satisfied. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with additional pillows for extra comfort. We appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, as well as the inclusion of an iron and ironing board.
