We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Dublin. The dining room overlooks the garden and provides a pleasant view. The tables were well spaced and the chairs comfortable. The service was first class and the range and quality of food at the buffet was outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the warm soda breads and delicious butter. The hot buffet featured superb black pudding, sausages, bacon, and mushrooms. The chef's station where you could order freshly fried eggs or omelettes was a nice touch. Top marks indeed!

The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering hot chocolate to my children each morning. Finally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Dublin, with easy access to transportation and a short distance from popular attractions.

Almost perfect, but the cost of the breakfast seemed a bit high for what was offered. Additionally, the price for a local phone call was quite expensive.

During our city break, we had a great experience at this hotel. the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was ideal, as it was close to key attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. We also appreciated the comfortable and modern rooms, which had a nice blend of traditional Irish elements.

The staff, from the reception to the restaurant and floor attendants, were all very friendly and engaged. Special shoutout to Jackie at breakfast who was incredibly helpful and brightened up my mornings. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and cleanliness was impeccable.

As a tourist, I loved the excellent service and attention to detail from the moment I arrived at Intercontinental Dublin. The rooms were lovely and first class, with space, elegance, and comfort. The location was superb, with easy access to the Dart and both the city and beautiful beaches. The staff, especially Jacqui at breakfast and Rob on concierge, were really nice and went out of their way to assist my Mum. Special thanks to the hotel bar staff for their pleasant service. The room service was particularly good, and the food was delicious. a 5-star experience.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the warm and welcoming staff. They were so friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. the continental breakfast that was offered was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the porridge, it was to die for. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal. Although it was a 40 minute walk to the city center, it felt safe and lively. We often walked into the city and either took a taxi or walked back depending on our mood.

There were a few negative aspects of my Christmas stay at this hotel. the hotel's location on Google Maps was not accurate, which was frustrating when trying to use it for driving directions.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions like the National Gallery of Art and Trinity College. The rooms are spacious and clean, with separate baths and showers. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a substantial selection of continental and hot items, and the hotel facilities include tea making facilities, a Nespresso machine, and a well-stocked mini bar.

The ice cream selection and taste could be improved, with smaller serving sizes and mediocre flavors.
