My recent stay at Candlewood Suites was excellent for a big group and extended stay. With two separate bedrooms and a spacious living area with a sofa bed, it provided the perfect space for me and my two teenage kids. The fully equipped kitchen and three TVs in total were a bonus. The hotel also offered free wireless and parking, and the location was just two miles from downtown with a shuttle service available for a nominal fee. I would highly recommend this hotel for families or large groups looking for ample space and convenience.

I stayed at Candlewood Suites for a week while attending daily courses at the nearby hospital. The hotel's location was perfect for me, with a walking path that made it easy to get to the hospital, even across the bridge. The kitchen in my room had all the tools and equipment I needed for simple meal prep. The room and bathroom were clean, although I did find a long black hair on the notepad and pen they provided. The TV channels were decent, and the hotel quieted down at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One standout feature was that my bedroom had a door, which was great as I was traveling with my son who is over 21. The vanity being outside the shower was convenient. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and I appreciated the courtesy and assistance from the staff. I also loved the fact that they had DVDs available for borrowing and the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in my room. Lastly, the hotel was close to the zoo, making it even more enjoyable.

Love the apartment-style rooms! Complete with a microwave, stove, full fridge, couch & TV. Very clean. Convenient for simple meal prep. Great value for a lot of room and comfort. Just a few minute drive to attractions, but away from the hustle and noise.

The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for our romantic escape. the bed was cozy and we enjoyed a restful night's sleep. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to various attractions and dining options. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

We encountered some issues during our stay. the bathroom amenities were not well-stocked, and we had to call the front desk multiple times to request additional supplies.

The shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was a lifesaver! It was so convenient to have complimentary transportation to the downtown area. The free parking and fully equipped kitchen were also great perks. We loved being close to everything but still in a quiet area. Definitely would stay here again!

I had a great experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. the best aspect was having a full kitchen in my suite. It made it so convenient to prepare meals and snacks during the holiday season. Another great feature was the location. It was just a short drive from the city center, making it easy to explore the downtown area. Additionally, having access to a workout room was a bonus.

The only downside was not having an indoor pool and hot tub. It would have been nice to relax and unwind in the water after a long day of exploring the city.

Great stay, if location is a bit "out of the loop

We stayed at Candlewood Suites for 4 nights while attending an event in Indianapolis and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The mini kitchen was a bonus, even though we didn't use it much. The staff, although not overly friendly, were always helpful. The pool and exercise room were well-maintained. The internet connection was reliable, although we had to sign on each time we turned on the computer. The only downside was the location, which is more oriented towards hospital visitors and a bit further away from downtown. we would stay here again if needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the room felt very welcoming, like home. The full kitchen facility was spacious and allowed us to store and prepare our own food easily. Additionally, the hotel's location, close to the hospital and downtown, was extremely convenient. We were able to find parking easily, and the air conditioner kept the room nice and cool. The front desk staff, especially Dwayne, were amazing. They were incredibly helpful and kind, especially during a difficult time when my husband was in the hospital. They even accommodated our need to extend our stay without any disruptions or room changes. the hotel provided everything we needed and more.
