Room had AC, rare in Ireland. Attached pub served good food. Full Irish breakfast offered plenty of choices. Helpful front desk provided info on town and attractions. Staff went above and beyond with genuine kindness. Room was comfortable and had great wifi.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was excellent. It was very reasonably priced, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The location on a roundabout overlooking the petrol station wasn't an issue at all, as it was on the outskirts of Killarney and perfect for a busy day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and attentive, from the reception staff who printed off information for tourist attractions to the bar staff who provided great service. The rooms were comfortable, with a comfortable bed and basic amenities. The upgraded breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a variety of options to suit all tastes. The only downside was that breakfast was not included in the rate, which should have been included for the quality of it.
