I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Rome. The location was great, just a short walk from the train station. The room, although small, was well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided a free first round mini bar, complimentary smart phone, and a full breakfast. The staff was helpful, especially Marco from the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Rome.

Great location, just seconds away from the main road and close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. the breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of choices.

Upon arrival, our reservation was messed up and it took them four hours to check us in. This happened again when we booked another night, they took our money and offered a more expensive room instead.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. the customer service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast provided in the morning was delicious with a good variety of options. the hotel also offered a cell phone during our stay, which was extremely convenient for navigating the city and staying connected.

The bed was slightly too firm for our liking, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep at times. the room was somewhat small, making it a bit challenging to navigate between the bed and the bathroom, especially during nighttime trips.

Attentive staff, cozy and clean room, large comfy bed, beautiful decor, nice bathroom. Early check-in offered with espresso and cake. Smart phone in every room. Delicious breakfast. Ideal location for exploring.

I recently stayed at Britannia for 5 nights for vacation. The location is perfect, just a short walk or taxi ride to main attractions. The staff was incredible, always helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even printed our boarding passes and moved us to a brighter room when requested. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would gladly stay here again!

Additionally, the hotel was next to good public transport links, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The balcony provided a lovely view and a great place to relax. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing room service, car hire, and tour assistance. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests I had. They were particularly great at speaking English, making communication easy. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including eggs, which is not always readily available at other hotels. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and everything was always kept immaculately clean. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was within walking distance of many historical sites, including the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Additionally, it was located in a quiet area but still close to transportation options and key historical sites.
