The central location was perfect, and the rooms were appointed with practical 4-star decor. The breakfast offering was second to none, with a buffet and the option to order an Irish breakfast or eggs cooked to your liking. For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely velux balcony window with a great view. The staff at the Guesthouse were friendly, helpful, and even recommended places to visit and eat in the area. The location was fantastic, with everything in town being within walking distance.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by providing clearer explanations of the options available, such as having to order toast separately. Additionally, the service during breakfast was inconsistent, with some waitresses forgetting to bring tea and toast until later in the meal.

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse in County Clare. the room was spotlessly clean and the front desk gentleman calmly answered all our questions. the staff were friendly and the location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions like the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren. the guesthouse was well-equipped, and the picturesque town of Kinvara had great pubs. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely choose to stay here again. It was truly an ideal base for our visit.
