The location and staff were excellent. Room 125 was amazing with a perfect shower and TV. Kate at reception was a lifesaver. Polite and friendly bar/restaurant staff. Bigger room than expected. Lovely breakfast. Nice new hotel with great parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the city center of Galway but away from the hectic nightlife. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the hotel. the Christmas decorations were lovely and added a festive touch to our stay. the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were also pleased with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently located near the city center and provided easy access to shops and attractions. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.

We were disappointed with some aspects of our stay. the iron in the room was in poor condition and unable to effectively press our clothes.

We had a lovely stay at the Menlo Park Hotel! The warm welcome and exceptional service made us feel right at home. The check-in process was a breeze thanks to the friendly receptionist, Linda. We were thrilled to be upgraded to an Executive Double room, which was absolutely fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we even made note of the brand of mattress so we can get one for ourselves. The food in the hotel was wonderful, especially the delicious carvery lunch we had upon arrival. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were excellent value. The attention to detail and little touches throughout our stay, like extra biscuits with coffee and additional bottled water, made it truly special. The proximity to the city center was a plus, and the option to take a bus or taxi was convenient. We are grateful to the staff for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. We can't wait to return to this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located on a roundabout, making it easy to access. The breakfast ordering system was a great idea, as it allowed me to choose my preferences from a menu and have it brought to me by the friendly staff.

This place is set back from one of those roundabouts that the city consists of once you get away from the center. It's located in a lovely quiet area, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The hotel is in a beautiful location and has immaculate facilities. The receptionists were especially attentive and welcoming, even asking if we would like to speak to the manager about their services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The room was spacious and modern with a large bath and walk-in shower. The bed was super comfortable and the TV was huge. The breakfast was affordable and delicious. It's clear that considerable effort has been put into the hotel's décor and facilities.

Our group of friends had a great time staying at this hotel located on the outskirts of a lively Irish city. The location was perfect; we were able to easily access convenience stores, dine at the restaurant which was lovely, and even attend a day at the racecourse. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Staff provided top-notch service, and the breakfast offered many delicious and fresh choices.

We did notice some stains on the carpet in the room, which could use a deep cleaning.

We loved this hotel's location! It was set back from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still conveniently close to everything. The service was top-notch, with staff members who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was well-appointed with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle for tea. The garden area was a great spot to relax and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.
