The outdoor decorations and festive vibe at this hotel were great for a Christmas stay. the mulled wine and gingerbread cookies offered were a nice touch, and the view of the nearby winter wonderland was stunning. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby town and cozy cafes.

The heating system didn't work well and the furniture was uncomfortable. the food was also a letdown, with limited options and small portions.

Nice surroundings with trees. Many guests enjoying spa services. Solved uncleaned toilet issue by changing room. Good breakfast and free parking. Lovely garden, bar, and romantic atmosphere. Nice room and bathroom with good towels and bedspread. No mini-bar or ice-box available.
