The hotel offered a spacious double room with a kitchenette, clean bathroom, and comfortable amenities. the shuttle service was exceptional, with buses running frequently and a short walk to the Haram.

Once upon a time, I hopped onto the shuttle service like a knight mounting their trusty steed. the bus whisked me away to the Haram "Kaaba" faster than a shooting star racing across the night sky. I felt like a VIP, arriving in style and comfort.

just wow. after a recent stay in mecca, decided to try le meridien towers and it did not disappoint. spacious rooms, friendly staff, and shuttle service was top-notch.

Check, in was chaotic, with a long wait and rude staff. Overbooking led to us being cheated out of our room and still waiting on a refund.

the rooms are clean and spacious - super close to masjidil haram - loved the shuttle service for easy access, and the in-house shops on m floor were handy.

While staying at this hotel, I found the rooms and views to be excellent. the breakfast was great, especially the Arabic meal. the elevators were speedy, taking less than 20 seconds to reach eighteen floors. the staff in the restaurant exceeded my expectations. I particularly appreciated the efficient bus shuttle service and the small merchandise shops on Level M. It would have been even better with live omelets and fresh juices at breakfast! Thank you to the staff for providing a microwave promptly when requested.

Despite minor issues, Le Meridien Towers Makkah's spacious rooms, great location and frequent shuttle service to the haram made my stay comfortable and convenient. the staff were friendly, and despite a delayed check-in, their service was accommodating.

The shuttle service to the Haram was convenient, with buses available 24/7 every 5 minutes. the spacious room featured comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. the hotel location and cleanliness were excellent.

Nothing to complain about.

The kids loved the on-site mini amusement park, complete with merry-go-rounds and bumper cars. It kept them entertained for hours, allowing my wife and me some relaxing time to ourselves.

For dads, it would be great to have more child-friendly dining options.
