Lovely Christmas-themed hotel, helpful and friendly staff prepped our rooms for a wedding. Peaceful area outside. Rooms, especially the double bed room, were nice. Dimmed lights and soothing music added to the relaxing ambiance. Great breakfast selection.

I had a great one night stay at a charming hotel located in the heart of town. The hotel is conveniently situated near a church, making it easy to explore the city's historic sites and attractions. Plus, it's close to Newgrange, a must-visit destination. The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely view. The bathroom, although small, was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious and satisfying. it was a pleasant experience.

I did notice a slight issue with the hotel's management that could use some improvement.

The breakfast was fresh and varied, with delicious options for gluten-free diets. The dining room was grand and added to the experience. Beautiful decor, rich color schemes, and plentiful flowers outside. Highly recommend Scholars Townhouse for a great stay in Drogheda.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the small but well-designed rooms with comfortable beds and quality bedlinen. The excellent heating kept us warm on a cold night. The hotel's beautiful decor, with ornaments, pictures, and plants throughout, created a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast, was beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel also had a fabulous restaurant and bar, and a sister pub nearby. the hotel provided excellent quality in every aspect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was remarkable, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the on-site parking made it convenient for us as we were traveling by car. The location was perfect, being close to all shops, local landmarks, and providing easy access to transportation. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pub, where we received excellent service from the friendly and attentive waiter, Fran. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The atmosphere is wonderful, with a stately and historic building. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location is close to main monuments and the city center. The breakfast is the best I had during my tour of the Irish coast. The hotel offers a perfect blend of elegance and quality/price ratio.

I must say, we got amazing value for our money at Scholars Townhouse in Drogheda. The room, although a bit small, was more than adequate and had a warm and comfortable feel. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

The morning meal could be improved with better scrambled eggs.

Great complementary breakfast and cozy lounge area. Very central location and easy to walk everywhere. Nice outdoor garden to relax in.

Rooms are extremely small and cramped. Construction work caused an inconvenience with scaffolding blocking the view.
