The rooms were well-appointed and very clean, with everything in working order. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for self-catering. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. a new and pristine hotel with helpful staff and great amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, in the heart of the old town area but only a short walk away from the city centre. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and the room amenities were fantastic. The air conditioning kept us cool during the hot weather, and we loved relaxing on the terrace with a coffee from the electric kettle. The flat-screen TV and snack bar were great touches.

They allowed our friend, who uses a wheelchair, to use the private car park and assisted her son in arranging a special surprise for her. Our room was not suitable for our needs as it was designed for individuals with accessibility issues. This made the bathroom uncomfortable and inconvenient for us.

The self check-in process was a bit confusing and time-consuming. It involved scanning a QR code and waiting away from the main reception area, while the busy staff tried to accommodate the check-ins at a single shared computer.
