We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, river, and gardens. The hotel itself was incredibly comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere that made us feel instantly relaxed. The staff were outstanding - they were all so polite, efficient, and helpful, providing top-notch service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The amenities were fantastic, including an excellent swimming pool, spacious and beautiful bedrooms, and even a pet-friendly environment with well-organized kennels and dog-related facilities. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and we were impressed by the attention to detail in all aspects of our stay.

We had an amazing stay at a stunning location with beautiful grounds and gardens. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, from the warm welcome by Michael the porter to the attentive service throughout our stay. Our spacious room had a great view and we loved the extras included, like free horseback riding and buffet breakfast. the hotel also had plenty of activities for children, such as a disco, face painting, and a lovely walk with fairy doors. a perfect and unforgettable experience.

We also enjoyed the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the hotel, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the pool was a great size and offered a refreshing swim after a long day of exploring.

We did have a few issues during our stay. the rooms were not as clean as we would have expected, with dust and grime in some areas.

Not one thing.

The location is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were extremely helpful with information on local trips. The restaurant and lounge were both great spots to relax. The hotel offers a fascinating history of the area, easily accessible at reception. And getting to go inside the tower and up to the ramparts was a highlight of our stay. As business guests, we appreciated the comfortable rooms and amenities.

We felt right at home and had no complaints whatsoever.
