The ambiance was really cool; loved the artwork and lighting. Staff was super friendly and helpful, making the experience enjoyable. Plus, the food quality was top-notch and worth the price. We could park on the street for free after 6 pm until 10 am, a good tip to save some cash in the city.

The lack of secure parking is a major issue; witnessed a theft.

We thoroughly enjoyed the perfect location of the hotel, which was ideal for exploring attractions like the Botanical Conservatory and Broadway Antique Row. the diverse themed bars and restaurants on site added a fun and unique touch to our stay. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally gracious, helpful, and charming, making our interactions memorable and pleasant.

I always return for stays at this spot. It's my favorite! On my first visit, staff kindly returned my misplaced jewelry. the place suits me well with Wi-Fi, secure luggage storage, a cozy lounge, and kid-friendly board games. I can't wait to be here for Easter!.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has a unique atmosphere with eclectic decor and beautiful light fixtures. The various bars offer diverse food and drink options. Each room has its own colorful and fun vibe. a great place to stay with plenty to explore.

The hotel we stayed at was a wonderful experience. The staff were courteous and friendly, making our stay very comfortable. Our room lived up to our expectations with great lighting fixtures and artwork on the walls. The dining experience was excellent, and the Spanish Bar on the Spanish Steps was a cool place to hang out. The hotel had a lot of activities, as well as a good parking option.

Some areas in the hotel were affected by a system hack during our stay so we had to face a few issues while paying.

Our stay at Mcmenamins Elks Temple was amazing. We loved the Tiki Bar and the Grafitti Room. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we got lost. The outdoor seating with a fire table was a nice touch. We can't wait to come back for our anniversary.
