This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the decor of the rooms was very modern and neat, giving off a fantastic atmosphere that helped me relax during my stay. the staff were incredibly professional and nice, going above and beyond to assist me, like helping me arrange a cab for my early morning flight. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast with colorful drinks and fresh fruits/vegetables that made my day perfect. The location was also convenient, being close to the train station and offering easy access to various shops and restaurants.

Although the room was a bit small for two people, the overall experience at this hotel made up for it.

We had a fantastic stay at a new hotel in a great location next to a big transportation hub. It was so convenient to hop on the rapid train and be back at the hotel within 14 minutes. the staff at Metropolitan Kawasaki were truly exceptional. Mr Kikuchi at reception went above and beyond when I mistakenly paid JPY300K instead of JPY30K, kindly giving back ¥270K. I was so impressed and thankful. the housekeeper of our room also deserves a special mention for returning my forgotten iPad. the staff performance at this hotel deserves all the brightest stars in the sky.
