the harbour inn in buncrana exceeded my expectations on our family holiday. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from providing assistance with a phone charger to finding a forgotten item in the car park. highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with the beach just across the road. It's also just a short drive into the main town and Swan park. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice little touches like bottled water and tea making facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good selection and was cooked to perfection. There were also positive reviews about the restaurant's food and the great service provided.

The Harbour Inn Buncrana is a fantastic place to stay. the location is excellent with easy access to loads of great attractions. The ferry was just down the road, and there was a fabulous beach directly opposite the hotel. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Lastly, the rooms were really comfortable and had everything you could need. The beds were cozy, the heating was easy to regulate, and we especially loved the spacious layout of the family rooms. this hotel provided great value for money and ensured our stay was enjoyable and stress-free.

Situated just across the road from a beautiful beach, it's perfect for those who love the ocean. The rooms are spacious and clean, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The walk-in shower in the large bathroom adds a touch of luxury, and the second-floor location offers privacy and tranquility. The breakfast is a feast for the senses, with a wide variety of choices including delicious pancakes.

Nothing to improve, everything was perfect.

The room we booked was surprisingly spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. the shower in the bathroom was excellent, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. the receptionist we encountered was very welcoming and efficient, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free.

the room was extremely cold when we arrived, and it took a considerable amount of time for it to warm up. This made our initial moments quite uncomfortable and unpleasant.

The cabins provided a lovely beachside experience, with easy access to a 24-hour shop nearby. the bar staff were friendly and accommodating, making our interactions enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with almost soundproof windows that blocked out the busy road outside.

The breakfast could have been better, as the food seemed to have been cooked in advance and kept warm. the lack of an accessible HDMI slot on the TV was a minor inconvenience, but it did not take away from the overall amazing location and experience.

Couldn't have asked for a better city break. the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and so too was the hair dryer provided. the location was ideal for a beach getaway, just a stone's throw away from the sandy shores. It was also great to be within walking distance of the town centre, made for easy exploration. I especially enjoyed the cozy and comfortable bed.

The lack of options for vegetarian sausages at breakfast. But that's just a minor issue, and doesn't take away from the overall wonderful experience.

The staff were fantastic and very friendly, providing helpful information about the local area. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a large walk-in closet and a big bathroom. the hotel food was excellent, especially the delicious seafood chowder. the location was also great, with a nice beach right across the street.

The heat in both the room and the dining room was extremely warm, which made it a bit uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room as well.
