We had a great stay at Samuel. The location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. We really appreciated the top sheet provided by Oleksii. Although the room wasn't cleaned daily, we were happy to have fresh towels delivered promptly after requesting them. we enjoyed our stay.

The reception staff were very helpful and the bar staff, especially Stephen, provided great service. The hotel is in a nice location within walking distance of the city center and has clean and spacious rooms with air conditioning. The breakfast and evening meal options were good and there is a coffee shop on-site with great coffee and pastries.

During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and amenities provided. The location was ideal, situated in the Docklands area where everything is accessible. The staff were all wonderful and fulfilled a special request for us on our celebration. The room was spacious and had all the modern facilities one could possibly ask for, such as heating, air conditioning, and soundproofed rooms. The flat-screen TV was also a bonus. The welcome drink, room service, and laundry facilities were lovely touches. The restaurant offers a wide range of food options and the staff were always on hand to help. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting.

For families, I would highly recommend this hotel because of the 24-hour reception, wheelchair access and children's buffet facilities that are available.

The breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were clean and cozy. It was really nice to have warm and welcoming reception staff. it was great to be within walking distance of the main street and the airport bus.

There were quite a few things I didn't like during my stay. it was a bit of a hassle to use the electronic elevator - it wasn't very user-friendly.

Exceptional staff, birthday surprise, comfortable bed, delicious cheese cake, late check out, great location.

The hotel is very well located as it only takes half an hour to get to the city centre by tram which is really close, and the river is nearby as well, offering a beautiful view at night with the bridges illuminated. The staff is very attentive and eager to perfect anything that may not meet your standards.
