Despite a few minor issues, such as occasional noise from the nearby train station and a small hiccup with room service, the overall experience was excellent. The room was amazing, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite. The street noise was not an issue as the bedroom was located away from the street. the hotel offered assistance with carrying our bags up and down the stairs, which was a plus. The location was perfect, within walking distance to popular tourist sites, restaurants, and pubs.

There was no elevator in the hotel, which might be inconvenient for some guests. , the decor in our room was outdated and could use some modernization.

Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was in the heart of the city, close to all the key attractions and amenities. We were able to easily walk to the main sights and explore everything that the city had to offer.
