The Heathman Hotel was perfectly located in the heart of downtown. We were able to easily walk to great restaurants and bars for a fun night out. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the valet parking was convenient. Our room had double balconies, giving it an open and luxurious feel. Everything was thoughtfully designed for our comfort. the bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved the noon checkout time. the breakfast was excellent, except for the potatoes which were not that great.

The location was perfect for exploring the town and taking scenic walks along the waterfront. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. The concierge was especially amazing, as they upgraded our room to the best suite in the house for our anniversary getaway. The room was clean, comfortable, and extravagant.

I did have a couple of minor issues during my stay. The waiter in the restaurant seemed inexperienced and was not very friendly.

The hotel is modern and conveniently located. I ordered room service, and although it was delayed, the staff provided a complimentary fridge in my room. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly. I recommend this hotel.

My partner and I recently stayed at The Heathman hotel for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on site served delicious food at great prices. The hotel is located in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as being just a few blocks away from a marina and parks. The facility itself was clean, safe, and offered a touch of luxury with nightly bed turndown service, complimentary chocolates, ear plugs, and a bag of ice for our drinks. We also loved starting our days with the French-pressed coffee and enjoying the dining facilities. it was a lovely stay and we highly recommend The Heathman to anyone needing accommodation!

the Heathman Hotel in Kirkland was a great choice for my trip. the restaurant was a lovely spot to enjoy a drink, and the rooms were incredibly clean. the housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved my spacious and comfortable room. It was so quiet that I almost felt like I had the entire floor to myself. the highlight for me was the large soaking tub in the bathroom, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a doorbell for the hotel room. the electronic Do Not Disturb and Service Now features were also a convenient touch.

We had a wonderful stay at The Heathman Hotel. We were in Kirkland for work and ended up extending our stay by one night. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, even providing us with a microwave upon request. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in downtown Kirkland, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony, sipping coffee and watching the bustling street. The highlight of our stay was the delicious dinner at the hotel - the braised beef was exceptional and made our day much better.

The Heathman Hotel in Kirkland exceeded my expectations with its beautiful location close to Lake Washington. The staff anticipated our needs, offering ice and extra towels before we even asked. The restaurant served outstanding food and wine, and the bar had a mixologist who was a genius. The gym was amazing and open 24 hours, and the French pressed coffee in the room was delicious. We were also able to check in earlier than expected.

The location of this hotel is really convenient, with plenty of cool bars in downtown nearby. It's also situated within walking distance to the waterfront of Lake Washington, making for a beautiful stroll. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom featured all the necessary amenities and offered a nice shower. The staff did their best to be friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good.

The service was disorganized and fell short. A few guests had issues with rolling away beds and packages being sent out, leading to a less than positive experience.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, within walking distance to a few fantastic bars by the waterfront of a beautiful lake. It was also easy to walk around to downtown shops and restaurants in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were given a welcome drink upon arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The room amenities were top-notch - we had a mini-bar, sitting area, terrace, in-room safe, and even ironing facilities. The flat-screen TV was of great quality and we enjoyed the free WiFi connection. There was an option for room service, which was excellent. Also, the fitness centre was quite modern, and open 24 hours!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with very nice rooms and a quality restaurant. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and a park for dogs. The hotel common areas were clean and welcoming.
