Quiet location, yet only a three-minute walk to the promenade. Excellent breakfast served at the hotel next door. Easy arrangement for an extra bed when our son joined us. Our stay at Aviv Holiday Flat was fabulous. The spacious hotel room with a kitchenette was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the view from our room was very nice. We appreciated that the hotel was not as big and busy as other tourist hotels in the area. The location was convenient, within walking distance to everything. The parking was good, as it was not on one of the busy roads. And the breakfast next door was simply unbeatable. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the spacious rooms with a separate kitchen area. The view from our balcony and bedroom window over the Sea of Galilee was breathtaking. The breakfasts at the hotel next door were absolutely superb with a wide variety of delicious options. We were also impressed by the great value for money and the convenient location, making it easy to walk into town.

The value for money at this hotel was great! The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Sea of Galilee. The location was perfect, close to everything and we were treated so kindly by the friendly staff.

the kitchenette had everything we needed, including a full refrigerator, to prepare our own meals. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the balcony, and being close to the waterfront was a bonus. Walking to the nearby sea was a breeze, with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore along the way. the room itself was spacious, with good Wi-Fi and a television. the breakfast at the sister hotel next door was excellent, offering a wide assortment of food. One staff member, whom we affectionately called "James Bond," went above and beyond when my husband lost his wallet in a taxi. He quickly took action and got the wallet returned to us promptly. our experience at this budget-friendly holiday flat was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again.

The noise from the cleaning staff in the hallway can be disruptive during the afternoon hours when guests are trying to rest or nap.

I recently stayed at the Aviv Holiday Flat for a few days during my trip to Israel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even going so far as to mail a postcard for me. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony providing a lovely view. I also appreciated the great selection of cable TV channels and the fantastic breakfast that was served each morning. The location of the hotel was perfect - close enough to the restaurant and entertainment area on the Sea of Galilee, but not too crowded. Off-street parking was also a bonus.

We stayed at Aviv Holiday Flat for the "Surrounding Cineret lake" bike event and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right by the bike route and within walking distance of the promenade and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony and a nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were able to securely store our bikes overnight. The breakfast at the nearby sister hotel was delicious and affordable. a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location was mind-blowing, just a short walk to the sea and restaurants. The air conditioning was super cold, perfect for hot weather. The staff were exceptional, providing maps and allowing us to store our luggage. I highly recommend this place.

Walked to bus station, hot springs & central street. Big room & nice balcony. Very good breakfast. Staff found a guide for us. Clean & good value.
