VIP treatment all the way! the extras were lovely; we felt pampered with two indulgent complimentary gifts. the location was perfect and the view from the 9th floor was unbeatable! We loved that everything was clean and roomy, and the bed was super comfortable!

The elevator was stuck, and the phones didn't work. We had to climb all the way from the 6th floor to the basement through construction debris.

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room for free. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even invited us to dinner for free. The location was nice and close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The breakfast had a huge variety of food and the shakshuka was excellent. a perfect hotel with nice staff and great amenities.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which means that the rooms are modern and updated. The receptionist is helpful and promptly resolves any issues, such as fixing the wifi. The breakfast is delicious and there is even an ice skating mall nearby for some entertainment.

The TV had a great selection of international channels, and the free wifi worked perfectly throughout the entire property. Here, we enjoyed the most invigorating massages and facials in the en-suite spa, all delivered by well-trained professionals who ensured we were comfortable at all times. the swimming pool area was breathtakingly beautiful, surrounded by lush gardens and ample sun loungers where we could soak up the sun and relish the delicious poolside snacks. the location of this hotel is unbeatable, giving us breathtaking views of the bay and convenient access to all the attractions.

Only one minor issue was that we had to call housekeeping to replenish the toiletries in our spacious and elegantly furnished room, despite the room service component, which the hotel mentioned on their website as one of their exclusive amenities. this was promptly addressed, and we were pleased with the swift response from the friendly and courteous staff.
