The Isrotel Dead Sea provided a great beach with ample shade and comfortable seating. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options, including an omelet station and a coffee station, which was a big plus. The staff, from check-in to housekeeping to guest services, were excellent and attentive. The room and bathroom were clean, and they promptly provided us with extra towels, blankets, and pillows as requested. The management went above and beyond to make up for the initial glitches during check-in and room location by offering us a reduced rate.

We felt extremely welcomed during our stay and had no reason to complain.

I had an amazing experience at Isrotel. The food was absolutely delicious and there was always plenty to choose from. The customer service was exceptional, especially from the concierge Boris. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special, even taking care of arrangements for our 5-month-old baby. The hotel facilities were also great, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was terrific and the location was perfect, with a wide parking lot and just a few minutes' walk to the beach.

Hard to think of anything negative about our stay.

During my recent stay at Isrotel, I was impressed by the promptness of the customer relations team in addressing any issues that arose. For example, when I discovered that the bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out and there was no tray in the room for used cups or tea bags, the hotel staff promptly took care of the situation. I also appreciated the enormous walk-in shower in my room and the beautiful pools on the premises. The friendliness of the staff, both at the front desk and in the dining room, made my stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and a clean, spacious bathroom. The breakfast and dinner at the BBQ restaurant were excellent, with a wide variety of food options including vegetarian choices. The hotel was close to the beach, and the medium-sized pool provided plenty of space to relax.
