We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Jerusalem. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the Guest Relations Manager, Ronit, and the front desk staff, particularly Shrouq. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always ready to assist us with any needs we had. The hotel's restaurant staff was also exceptional, providing a delicious buffet for breakfast and dinner, and even delivering meals to our room when requested. The cozy atmosphere of the hotel made us feel right at home, and the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and markets in all directions.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was really good. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Plus, the location was spot on, right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. But what really stood out was the staff. They treated us like VIPs, especially Ronit, the Guest Relations Manager, and Shrouq at the front desk. They were always there to help and make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant staff was also amazing, bringing our food to our room whenever we wanted. We loved the cozy feel of the hotel and didn't want to leave.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if they cleared the tables more promptly after guests left. It was a bit of a mess sometimes, and we had to find a cleared table ourselves.

We stayed at Leonardo Plaza for 6 nights and it was an amazing experience. The staff, especially Ronit, Bar, and Moustafa Anati. The food was delicious, and the proximity to the Old City made exploring easy. The gym was adequate, and the overall service was top-notch. We felt like we were at home and will definitely return in the future.
