The hotel is situated in a perfect location, super close to the beach and near the vibrant areas of Ben Yehuda. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with some even offering a balcony with a view of the sea. The staff is highly professional and friendly, always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious choices.

The housekeeping service needs improvement. Some guests have complained about their rooms not being cleaned thoroughly, particularly after a day at the beach.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, being within walking distance to major attractions, shops, and just a few hundred meters away from the bus stations with direct connections to/from TLV airport. The staff were very friendly and provided good service. The rooms were spacious and I loved having a balcony to enjoy the outdoor city atmosphere of Tel Aviv. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy both regional and continental tastes.

Great staff, great view of the city, clean rooms and comfortable interior and exterior common areas. We enjoyed the free self-serve pastries, coffee, tea, and snacks. the common area was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for entertaining our friends. the open-air exterior patio on the 13th floor offered a stunning view of Jerusalem. the hotel is conveniently located near the Old City, shopping, and restaurants. the light rail system provides easy access to the city.

Good breakfast and friendly staff, great location near the beach and many shops, enjoyable rooftop bar with nice view.

We had to switch to multiple rooms to find one where we could not hear our neighbors' conversations and showers. the first few rooms had doors with holes, making it feel like we were not in a private area.

The breakfast buffet by chef Nir Tsuk is excellent, even by Israeli standards. The beach and promenade are only a three-minute walk away. The staff, especially Maya, the head of reservations, are friendly and helpful. The corner rooms are spacious with balconies, perfect for enjoying the outdoor city.

Her language skills, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made us feel at home throughout our entire 5-day stay. The hotel's location is also superb, situated on a quiet street just a short walk away from the stunning beach. The atmosphere was vibrant, with many groups setting off on exciting excursions every morning. our time at Prima City was truly special, and we would definitely choose to stay here again when we return to this amazing city.
