The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. the spacious room had everything we needed, from a washing machine to a comfortable bed. the highlight was the top floor with its stunning view of the bay and city. Spending hours up there, taking photos and enjoying the sun, was unforgettable. And when we wanted to relax, the sauna and shower downstairs were perfect. the restaurant had some of the best coffee we've had in Thailand. a truly memorable experience at Arbour Hotel And Residence.

I gotta say, the Arbour Hotel in Pattaya really gave me great value for my money. The room was top-notch, with all the amenities I needed and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions, and the staff treated me like royalty throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the rooftop swimming pool and bar offered a breathtaking view. Even though it was quite busy with people taking photos, we still managed to refresh ourselves and enjoy the amazing view. the fitness center had enough equipment for a good workout. the rooms were nice and comfortable, although a bit smaller than expected. We chose an ocean view room, but could only see a small part of it. the soundproofing in the rooms was great, but the windows were not, and we were bothered by the noise from the nearby roads. the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to everything. We can't really comment on the breakfast as we didn't have it.

Best aspects were the rooftop pool with breathtaking views and the delicious food menu. the beds were super comfy and the electric privacy glass in the bathroom was a nice touch. the location was perfect, right in the middle of the city and close to the beach. Bonus points for the English-speaking staff and the gym and spa facilities available.

The experience at this hotel was pure luxury. the staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful, and the spa and massage services were incredibly relaxing. the infinity pool with a view of the sun terrace and garden area was outstanding. the rooms had exclusive amenities, which truly made me feel like royalty. the poolside snack bar and restaurant provided great food, and the bar area had a wide variety of drinks that were perfect for any occasion.

The only minor issue was that the breakfast buffet had a small variety of options. the hot dishes menu made up for it, and the quality of the food was superb.
