Great location on a quiet side street in the old quarter. Helpful staff and airport car pick-up service. Anna at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They arranged a Ha Long Bay tour for our family. The hotel is very personable and the staff will do anything to help. Banana pancakes for breakfast were delicious.

I recently stayed at La Storia Ruby for 2 days, and it was the perfect introduction to Vietnam. The staff made me feel like I was at home, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was strong. The rooms were a perfect size and located in a quiet alley. The staff was always present, making me feel safe. They were also extremely helpful in arranging tours and taxis, even providing a mobile phone to use. The hotel's location was central to all the cultural sites, restaurants, and bars. But the most important aspect was the continuous support I received when I had a problem in Sapa. Eric, Alissa, and Truong went above and beyond to help me, arranging accommodation and providing assistance to contact my bank and family. I am forever grateful.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were so warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the service was top-notch and they even helped us plan our tours and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. We felt cared for and well taken care of by the entire team.

While the overall experience at this hotel was wonderful, there were a few areas that could be improved. the photos online didn't quite match up with the actual room, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff was extremely hospitable and provided us with complimentary snacks upon arrival and a lovely breakfast each morning. the location was perfect, situated away from the busy main streets, but close enough to walk to all the museums and tourist spots. My favorite aspect of the hotel was the immaculate cleanliness. Everything was well-decorated and well-maintained.
