Very helpful staff at any time of the day.

The location felt more like a converted residence than a hotel, which wasn't what we expected from a 'hotel' experience. The lack of halal food options was disappointing, though the team kindly offered us hard-boiled eggs as a substitute.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made everything feel welcoming. Breakfast was a delightful mix of local dishes, and their recommendations for nearby attractions were spot-on. Enjoyed a quiet room that faced a picturesque courtyard—perfect for unwinding after a day out.

The location is central for tourists and the day trips they offer are top notch.

The elevator was a bit small and wasn’t always available so sometimes going up the flight of stairs was a bit hard for some of our older family members.

In my wife’s opinion, some extra soundproofing would improve room comfort.

The spacious junior suite featured a lovely balcony, and I loved the central location, making it perfect for exploring. The whole vibe felt so welcoming, like coming home!

One morning, I enjoyed my meal while discussing my travel plans with a friendly team member. My room was conveniently located, which made it easy to explore the area. I experienced the fastest wifi in any hotel, which made my work much easier. My visit was in 2024-03-15.

Conveniently located in an alley off a busy street, this hotel offers a fantastic buffet breakfast with favorites like Bahn Mi and mango pancakes, which were a culinary highlight. The staff, especially Daisy, provided exceptional service, giving local recommendations and ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. The clean and comfortable room had good ventilation, making for a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring nearby attractions. However, communication regarding reservation changes was lacking, which detracted from the overall experience.

The location is fantastic, tucked away in a quiet alley but just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. The staff are incredibly attentive, always ready to help with local recommendations and bookings, which is a big plus for business travelers like me. The room was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable working environment with excellent Wi-Fi.

The elevator can get a bit cramped with more than two people.
