We loved the location of this hotel in a quiet residential area. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing us to enjoy the serene atmosphere. The hotel's terrace offered breathtaking views of the Torrigiani gardens, making it difficult for us to leave. The staff were wonderful, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and helping us with reservations. The breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of options and a charming atmosphere in the breakfast room.

Over the Christmas holidays, I had a wonderful experience staying at a hotel in Florence. the location was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance. the hotel also had a beautiful private garden, which added to the charm of the place. Additionally, the staff were kind and helpful, making me feel at home.

The only downside was that the bed was not very comfortable and could use some improvement. However, this did not bother me too much and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Occupying the upper floor of a beautiful historic palazzo, this hotel offers fabulous views over large private gardens. the location is great, a 15-minute walk to the city center, in a quiet and upmarket area. the staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for local experiences.

There was a fashion week event taking place in the private gardens during our stay, which caused disruptive noise and restricted access to certain areas. This affected the view of the gardens and required dealing with abrupt security at the entrance.
