We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to providing information about the local area and attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary trip to Murano, which was a great bonus. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast options were varied and of good quality. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Cannaregio, not too far from the main attractions. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Venice.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was tucked away from the crowded tourist areas, but still had a charming and picturesque atmosphere that made me feel like I was in a movie. One of my favorite things to do was to sit outside at the hotel during sunset and watch the Venetians return from work. It was such a peaceful and relaxing experience, especially with a drink in hand. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located about a 25-minute walk away from St Mark's Square, making it easy to explore the city center.

During our stay at a beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood, we were delighted to find that it was located just a short walk from the vaporetto. The hotel itself used to be a palace and had a Moroccan theme, which added an exotic touch to our experience. We loved the bar and the outdoor seating by the canal, where we could enjoy a drink and soak in the atmosphere.

Although the Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room, it was a minor inconvenience considering all the other positive aspects of our stay.

The hotel is located in a more calm "residential" area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still within a 15-20 minute lovely walk to St. Mark's Square. The staff at the front desk were superb and very helpful, especially Paouli. The hotel facilities were neat and the bar area was great. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a good variety of food and drinks.
