The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were exceptional. The location, right across from the central train station and next to the streetcar stop, made it extremely convenient for transportation. Additionally, the breakfast provided exceeded our expectations. The staff was helpful and friendly, answering any questions swiftly.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to transportation options, including a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. the complimentary soft drinks near the rooms were a nice touch.

The sheer curtains in the bedroom allowed too much light from the outside. It would have been better if they were thicker and blocked out more light.

This hotel is in the best location, right across from the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice big bathroom and a great walk-in shower. The attention to detail is evident, from the well-equipped rooms to the excellent service provided by the staff. What impressed me the most was the breakfast, which included the BEST coffee I've ever had in my life. Truly a delightful experience.

I stayed at Schweizerhof for a week on a business trip. The bed, room, and TV were all excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and I loved the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of dishes. The lobby and bar were also excellent. As a bonus, they provided free tram travel tickets for the duration of my stay and free water and soft drinks. a wonderful experience.

Awesome location - right next to the train station, tram stop and stores. Rooms are lovely and comfy with air conditioning and good disabled facilities. Breakfast is superb, with the coffee being the best I’ve had.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its great value for money. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, and the views from our balcony overlooking the Central Station and the main square were fantastic. I had an excellent stay at a great hotel located just steps from the main train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Corinne at the front desk who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was spacious, quiet, and had great soundproofing even though it faced the tram line. The hotel provided free water and sodas, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, much better than most chain hotels. The hotel also offered a bonus free local travel card, making it convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return for a longer stay.

Located right in front of Basel train AND tram station, this hotel is in the center of things. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained facilities. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of fresh, grainy breads and fresh fruit options. Plus, guests receive a "Basel Card" for free bus transfers. a great choice for a stay in Basel.

The neighboring Asian restaurant, Mr Wong's, seems tired and overpriced.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its friendly reception, complimentary minibar, and 24-hour bar. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and I will definitely be revisiting for my next trip.
