The hotel had a lovely Venetian mask-decor and art in the lobby, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing all the necessary information for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, close to major tourist sites, stores, transportation, and restaurants.

The room was smaller than expected, but it turned out to be surprisingly comfortable and met all my needs. the bathroom, although not en suite, was private and spacious.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. I loved the personalized service at Al Piave! Upon arrival, they upgraded me to a beautiful room on the top floor and even surprised me with a complimentary bottle of prosecco for my honeymoon celebration. The hotel's proximity to St. Marks Square and Rialto bridge made exploring Venice so convenient. The local restaurants on the same street offered an authentic dining experience. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I must say, I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was cozy and clean, complete with a terrace and a modern bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Piazza S Marco and Rialto bridge, and it was quiet at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The breakfast option could use a little improvement.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and filling. the waitress serving breakfast was very attentive and friendly. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions, such as San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. We were able to easily walk to these places from the hotel, which saved us a lot of time and hassle.

Some of the rooms in the hotel were small and cramped, so I would suggest being mindful of how much luggage you bring. Additionally, we had a bit of trouble with the staff when trying to pay with our Amex card, even though we had made the reservation with it.

The room had a cozy terrace and excellent heating. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for exploring Venice.
