The hotel's atmosphere is perfect, comfortable and charming. The family rooms are spacious with great layout. The restaurant offers delicious food and good prices. The staff is hardworking and committed.

We stayed in a room in the converted silk mill across the road, which had a massive balcony with beautiful sun loungers. The room had plenty of space and a wet room, and the family enjoyed the sun terrace and swimming pool on the roof. The staff was helpful with our plans and made us feel at home.

The breakfast cost extra and there was no buffet or menu provided, which was off-putting for us.

The hotel had a pretty good location, being close to the major cities around. The staff were friendly, and we had a good time trying out all the food options. The room was spacious and clean, and there was a good view of the mountains from our balcony.

Our stay during Christmas was nothing to write home about. The decorations left a lot to be desired, and it was quite underwhelming.

This hotel gave us great value for money with their reasonable prices. The attention to detail was impressive, with authentic details combined with modern comfort. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in place. Our room had a very large balcony with a jacuzzi bath, and the beds were truly excellent. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a nicely served spread of delicious options.

We had an incredible stay at this hidden gem. The owners were so attentive and the service was top-notch. The room was spacious and had a large balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax. And the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delightful. We will definitely be returning to this special spot for another great stay and to explore the region further. I highly recommend this hotel.
