My stay at the Alexander was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and helpful front desk staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting Venice, with nearby tram and bus stops. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, setting me up for a great day of exploring.

Loved the "welcoming atmosphere" where I felt "at home". Great facilities, including a restaurant and parking. And let's not forget the "unique" city of Venice nearby.

I recently stayed at Hotel Alexander for a few nights while exploring Venice. The location was great, just a short tram ride away from the city center. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful, although they could have been friendlier. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent variety of choices. The best part was the free secure parking, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent as it was very close to the tram line for easy access to Venice.

Quiet area near tram station. Free parking. Great personnel, particularly two kind ladies. Hotel has two parts, one old and one new. Choose new part for significant difference. Good stay/sleep in old part too. Walking distance to tram to avoid nightmare of driving in Venice.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is close to the tram station, allowing guests to easily reach Piazzale Roma in Venice within 10 minutes. Additionally, the hotel staff is very helpful in guiding guests on how to use public transport and experience the city like a local.

Can’t deny that we enjoyed the comfy beds and the cleanliness of the place. The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the tram station that will take you straight to the heart of the city. And the breakfast was a good incentive to start the day, with different options to choose from.

We couldn’t escape the noise from the adjacent rooms because of the poor insulation. , the front desk staff wasn’t the most helpful, not providing us with any recommendations or suggestions about the city during our stay.

The hotel staff, from reception to cleaning, were friendly and maintained high standards throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond by helping us with an urgent phone conversation in Italian. our experience at this hotel was memorable and well-guided. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
