The breakfast spread was lekker, proper selections like cheese and pastries. The staff were proper chommies and super helpful. Room was clean and cozy enough for a good night's sleep after day trips around. Could hear the city life, but that vibe is all part of the Florence experience, right?

Only downside was the towels, felt more like tablecloths than what you'd use after a shower. Bit strange, but you get used to it.

My experience at Hotel Alinari was utterly frustrating. The noise from adjacent rooms was unbearable, leading to disturbed sleep throughout my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning system was inadequate, shutting off too soon, making the room uncomfortably warm at night. I was disappointed with the overall maintenance. it felt like the hotel was run down and in dire need of renovation.

Expected a room upgrade for the noise inconvenience but, of course, no such luck. Breakfast was subpar, just tea and juice for me. Almost left a good review, but just couldn’t! ,

Request extra toiletries upon check-in as supplies can be limited, and consider using earplugs to mitigate noise from adjacent rooms.

The air conditioning could definitely use an upgrade since it shuts off too soon!!! A lack of conditioner and minimal soap left me wishing for more amenities!!! The old elevator felt unsettling at times!!! Care to work on room soundproofing? !!!
