We had a fantastic stay at this trendy and unique hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the city centre and close to the football stadium. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with an impressive shower in the bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, especially Noel from the night shift who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The continental breakfast was reasonably priced and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the secure parking and the lovely little bar. We hope the hotel continues to thrive!

The car parking situation could have been better communicated to guests, information about local car parks and their closing times should have been readily available prior to arrival.

The decor in the rooms was great and I loved all of the swanky touches, like the F Scott Fitzgerald books. the staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience pleasant. the room was clean and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.

They did not address my requests for plant-based milk and a vegan breakfast, which is unacceptable in this day and age. the breakfast options were also lacking, with tasteless mushrooms and tomatoes and only two Quorn sausages offered as the vegan option.

New and modern decor with a funky Tiger theme throughout. Comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. Great value at £66 per night and conveniently located near the University. Highly recommended.

The service at the hotel was poor. It took an entire hour to place a room service order, and when I finally did, they were unable to answer the phone and I was charged a ridiculous tray fee.
